SNOW SHOES

We went up Cedar Canyon for a snow shoeing adventure. This was Zoe's first time on her own snow shoes and she did really well. There is a designated area just for cross country skiers and snow shoeing, so there are no worries of getting nailed by a snowmobile.

The powder was so deep. We were lucky some cross country skiers had made a trail earlier that morning.

After our adventure we stopped at Duck Creek Village for some lunch. Cedar Canyon is so beautiful any time of year, but the snow covered pines and solid white meadows are breathtaking. Now we're ready for spring!

I was just telling Sam yesterday it's just weird that it is actually cold and snowy in Utah still. That after being in Houston all winter and having my kids in shorts somedays already. Enjoy it for us.
