We celebrated Ava's 3rd birthday last weekend. We started the day out at the Sky Fest. The girls had seen the hot air balloons in the sky and were super excited to go. Too bad we didn't see any up close. They did have a lot of fun checking out an airplane, and playing on the inflatables.
Then we headed down to St. George for a swim party. Ava wanted a mermaid party, so my amazing cake making sister Amy pulled this together (I did bake the actually cake).
Ava loved it...and the frosting.
Can't have a par-tay without a pinata.
And lots of presents.
She had a wonderful birthday. A big thanks to my sister Katy for the use of the pool. After we finished swimming we managed to hit a parade. Needless to say the day packed with so much fun tuckered Ava right out...she was fast asleep the second we hit the highway. What a day!
